How the token economy works
A token is the platform's smallest unit of work. Every action that costs money to run — a minute with Seemee, a CV parse, a scripting credit — draws down tokens, and you see the cost before you spend it.
Lighter actions cost less; a CV parse is a fraction of a longer Seemee call. Your allowance is the meter — publish, share and review as much as your tokens allow, with no separate hard caps.
And when a generation fails, you are never charged for it. The meter only moves when the work lands.
Questions
What happens if I cancel?+
You keep access until the end of your billing cycle. Subscription tokens run off 60 days after the cycle ends; purchased pack tokens stay valid for 12 months.
Can I switch tiers mid-cycle?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades apply at your next renewal.
Do tokens roll over?+
Tier carryover is 0 (Free / Bronze), 100 (Silver) and 500 (Gold) per cycle. Subscription tokens run off 60 days after cycle end. Purchased pack tokens are valid for 12 months.
What's the annual discount?+
Candidates get 12 months for the price of 11, plus a larger token grant. Recruiters get a deeper annual discount (about 9.6× monthly) on top of the 45-day trial.
Is there a free trial for recruiters?+
Yes — a 45-day free trial at Silver level.
How does the seat model work?+
Recruiter plans include team seats — 2 on Bronze, 4 on Silver, 10 on Gold — each with a role (Owner / Manager / Reviewer) and a full audit trail.
