By using NYSM you agree to these terms. NYSM is operated by KinetiKx Venture Studios. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you accept these terms for that organisation.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.

You keep ownership of the CVs, scripts and Video CVs you create. You grant NYSM the licence needed to host, process and display that content so we can provide the service — for example, generating subtitles or sharing a Video CV via a link you choose to publish.

Do not upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, and do not misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt it. Recruiters must use candidate content only for legitimate recruitment purposes.

Paid plans and token packs are billed in AED. A token is the platform's unit of work; the cost of each action is shown before you spend. Failed generations are not charged. Subscription tokens run off 60 days after the cycle ends; purchased pack tokens are valid for 12 months. Full pricing is on the pricing page.

AI features — including script generation and match reports — are assistive. The match score is one input to a human decision and NYSM does not auto-reject candidates. Recruiters remain responsible for their hiring decisions.

We work to keep NYSM available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the platform and these terms; material changes will be communicated.
